Kids usually smile at that, but it genuinely helps them release the mental pressure. Encouraging consistent sleep schedules, even on weekends, keeps the body clock steady. With better rest, gifted and neurodivergent kids show stronger creativity, higher resilience and brighter mood. Their ideas flow more naturally and their confidence grows.
